System Analyst / Business Analyst for leading telecom provider (offline)

Required skills:
• 2+ years of experience in system&business analysis;
• Experience with multiple product backlogs;
• Experience in writing technical requirements/stories and documentation;
• Experience with wireframes and diagrams and other artefacts;
• Deep understanding and experience applying SOA, REST, microservice concepts;
• Good communication & facilitation skills;
• Good knowledge of Scrum methodology, understanding the SA role in the Scrum process;
• Strong analytical and system thinking skills;

As a plus:
• Experience with architecture tasks & decisions;
• Experience with mobile/web applications and services SDLC;
• Thorough understanding of software design patterns;
• Thorough understanding of web protocols, messaging protocols and web data formats: HTTP, SOAP, WSDL, JSON, etc.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze requirements, written good stories;
• Perform requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements;
• Backlog management and facilitation if need;
• Translation of detailed business requirements into technical requirements related to our IT systems;
• Working closely with the Product Manager, Development team, IT, external stakeholders and end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
• Selection and implementation of the necessary tools, technologies, and techniques.
