Marketing Projects Assistant (Japanese) (offline)

We are looking for a Marketing Projects Assistant with a knowledge of Japanese to join our company’s marketing team.

Main requirements:
- Higher education
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Advanced level of Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2 qualification)
- Attentiveness and perseverance

Good to have:
- Previous experience in Marketing, IT or project management roles

Main responsibilities (we will teach you how to):
- Assist with communication between the Regional (Japan) Marketing Manager and various internal departments
- Support the Regional (Japan) Marketing Manager on major projects, events or external relationships/partnerships
- Hold Company’s current clients communication flows, facilitate problems solution, if any
- Conduct routine tasks as directed
- Conduct written translations of articles, correspondence etc. between English and Japanese
