Sales Manager (offline)

We are Nitrix - the team that specializes in native and Flutter apps development for iOS & Android. Our teamleads have 5+ years of relevant experience. We’ve developed different apps like music streaming services, social networks, productivity, on-demand apps, and even games!
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team.

Required skills:
- Experience in IT sales at least for 0,5 years and understanding of IT sales process;
- Understanding of software development cycle;
- At least Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken);
- Strong communication skills;
- Being proactive, self-motivated and result-oriented;
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

Will be a plus:
- Experience in IT outsourcing company;
- UpWork outbound bids experience;
- Experience in generating leads using LinkedIn and other additional sources.

Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through different sales channels;
- Maintain and expand your database of potential clients;
- Сonverting leads into paid customers;
- Take part in improving the existing sales processes;
- Submit weekly progress reports and results.
