For achieving ambitious goals we are excited to announce a search for a Head of Talent Acquisition to join our growing Readdle team. This person should be an experienced and dynamic personality who can push forward the process of scaling our team with highly professional talented people who will shape our products and the future of our company.

Reporting to Readdle Head of Talent, this role can be based in the Odesa HQ or be allocated in our Kyiv office, but regular visits to HQ is a must.

The key objective for the Head of Talent Acquisition is to drive the Global Talent Acquisition function to allow Readdle to scale at the pace needed to support Readdle’s growth trajectory.

Responsibilities Include:
Business partnership: Partner closely with our Executive and Leadership team to understand business priorities & objectives, not only to build a high impact, max velocity hiring strategy that addresses key gaps between the talent in place today, and the talent required to drive business success but also initiating openings or challenging us, for supporting the high speed of company’s growth.
Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage a Talent Acquisition team to support them to be successful both personally & professionally. Ensure individual and team goals are connected to company goals.
Delivery Excellence: Identify, attract, engage, and hire top talent (passive and active) for key positions at Readdle.
Coaching and mentoring: Provide coaching, training, and guidance to Readdle Hiring managers related to job creation, interviewing best practices, offer negotiations, etc.
Process & Technology Excellence: Identify and implement best practices and instruments for attracting and hiring A-players. Analyze the areas for process improvements and market best practices and work out solutions for upgrading our talent acquisition flow.
Insights & Analytics: Leverage data, tools, create a reporting system to evaluate and optimize current hiring processes for gaps, pace, and scale.
Employer Branding & Influential Relationships: Design relevant recruitment marketing campaigns, which engage talent long term and build a recognized brand in the marketplace. Ensure that external communication channels to prospective candidates are representative of our employer brand key attributes and remain consistent in approach. Optimize the use of digital and social media channels to source high-quality talent and position the business as an employer of choice.

Here is how your first months will look like:
Within your first 30 days at Readdle you will be focused on your onboarding into the team and processes: get to know the team, our products, our business realities and meet the key stakeholders for 1-on-1 to get more insight on what Readdle is, its ambitions, and key products’ plans.
By the second month at Readdle you will take over the full ownership of the Talent Acquisition process. You will prepare your assessment and proposal on how we can get this process to a new level. Will review the Talent Strategy to make edits if needed.
By 90 days you will launch the first changes into processes and measure their impact. We expect you to become a great business partner to the Hiring team from day 1. And the same you can expect from us!

We’re looking for someone who has:
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 1 year of management experience.
- Experience hiring for Executive, Sales, Marketing, Engineering teams, preferably in a high growth global tech company, both in Ukraine and worldwide.
- A passion for coaching, motivating, and developing others.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making that leads to increased operational efficiency.
- A business mindset, and understanding of how your impact in talent directly translates to the greater success of the company.
- An ability to effectively drive change across a company, and inspire a culture of shared recruiting accountability.
- You are a GTD person while keeping your eye on the big picture.
- A growth mindset, strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a team player.
- Has excellent written and spoken English.
