Requirements:

• Experience in effective management of a team of 4+ people
• Experience in working with corporate clients ( analyzing the business of corporate clients and identifying their needs)
• Knowledge of business strategy development and sale optimization techniques
• Fluency in English (written/spoken)
• Leadership skills, high motivation, and the ability to pass it on to your team members

Responsibilities:

• Identify & develop business opportunities to ensure sales growth
• Establish strategic partnerships with clients for long-term cooperation
• Build sales strategy and control its execution
• On-boarding, training and constant development of the sales team
• Set KPIs and revenue goals for your sales team
