HR Generalist (offline)
Skills & qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience as an HR Generalist within the IT industry
- Upper- Intermediate written and spoken English
- Completion of training or post-secondary education in HR or business administration is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving and conflict management skills
- Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Drive
- Process-oriented with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
Responsibilities:
- Handling all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
- Developing HR policies and documentation inline with the company’s corporate vision.
- Compiling and conducting regular surveys, a team performance appraisal process, recommend reward reviews;
- Close communication with employees at all levels in order to improve working relationships, increase satisfaction and, as a result, improve employee productivity
- You will also be involved in performance management working closely with senior management within the organization.
