Full-stack developer (PHP, Sympfony) (Limassol) (offline)

The Luck Factory is a gambling IT company. Our
offices based in the most dynamic cities of Europe (Riga, Barcelona, Limassol, Lisbon, Kharkiv). Our goal is to have a small, closely knit engineering team that is able to have an outsized impact. This means leveraging-the latest technologies and writing easy to maintain code. We prioritize shipping new features and product improvements while still building our platform in a way where we do not become overburdened with technical
debt.

Responsibilities

- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
- Collaborating with other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
- Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Write clean code to develop functional web applications.
- Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implementation of security and data protection.
- Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new features.
- Follow emerging technologies.

Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience within software development.
- Good level of programming skills in PHP7.*.
- Strong knowledge in developing with Symfony 3/4.
- Knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and some Design Patterns.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Redis, MySQL, Apache, HTML5, CSS3 (SASS, Bootstrap).
- Ability to debug complex PHP application (Xdebug, Profiler and others).
- Experience with Web Services.
- Development following PHP coding standards (PSR).
- Knowledge of Docker and experience with AWS is a plus.
- Understanding how micro-services system should work.
- Intermediate+ English level.
