Customer Support Specialist (offline)

Webxloo is an international company with R&D offices in Ukraine, specializing in the development of IT products for the automotive selling industry.
Currently, we are looking for Support Specialists to work with our Auction Management System β€” fully integrated cloud-based suite of modules engineered to overcome auto auction challenges in supporting their dealer clients.
We expect our perfect candidates to have fluent English (both spoken and written), good communication and follow-up skills to be successful in supporting our customers.

Responsibilities:

β€” Software installation and configuration; providing training for clients to work with this software.
β€” Receiving and managing requests from customers (calls / emails / chat).
β€” Researching and resolving complaints to ensure customers’ retention and satisfaction
β€” Providing troubleshooting assistance for customers’ orders, account statuses and relevant problems
β€” Have thorough understanding of the company, activities, services and be able to answer the questions raised by a customer
β€” Answer all incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
β€” Maintain a consistently positive, professional and cooperative tone with customers.

Experience and skills needed:

β€” Must be fluent in comprehension, reading and writing English. Other languages are the benefit
β€” Proven telephone customer service experience in a call center environment
β€” Advanced PC user
β€” Ability to work from 06:00 pm to 03:00 am Ukraine time (to support North American operational time zones)
β€” Excellent follow-up skills
β€” Clear speech and confident voice
β€” Professional phone etiquette, good phone and communication skills
β€” Good conflict resolution skills
β€” Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
β€” Result-oriented mindset.

Will be a plus:

β€” Experience in software testing or understanding basic concepts of software testing
Knowledge of HTML/CSS
