Hardware Project Manager (offline)

Basic requirements:
— 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a hardware engineering environment, with multi-functional leadership responsibility;
— Strong knowledge of embedded hardware and EE fundamentals;
— Familiarity with various MCU platforms;
— Strong aptitude towards detailed and meticulous designs with emphasis on simple and elegant design concepts for mass production;
— Experience with Agile/Scrum process and Atlassian products (JIRA and Confluence);
— Skilled in data presentation, communication, problem solving, critical thinking;
— Written and spoken English proficiency.

Nice to have:
— MS/BS in an engineering discipline;
— Embedded devices issue debugging experience.

Responsibilities:
— Managing development process of engineering project for mass produced products;
— Interacting with Electrical Engineers, Hardware, OS, Test, Operations and various other cross-functional teams within Coreteka and its subcontractors to drive hardware / firmware qualification goals and test definition to execute that qualification;
— Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation;
— Enabling test strategies for new components in upcoming products.
