Requirements:
Strong analytical skills, initiative;
Ability to work with large amounts of data;
Ability to design a hypothesis
Creativity and outside the box think
Quick reactions and actions on the got results
Ability to work on the mistakes and failures
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, cybernetics, or connected branches
Fluent English


Responsibilities:
User growth analysis, testing, and corrections of the product
big data work
Designing hypotheses, concepts, ideas and scenarios based on data analysis
Hypothesis testing
Teamwork with CEO, marketers, and designers.
Use existing techniques and metrics or create your own for the increasing useability of the product
