Senior Affiliate Manager of CPA Department (offline)

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain high level of negotiations with existing partners
Research market to identify and recruit new partners
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement and recommend ways to increase affiliate revenues
Analyze and report of campaign performance
Proactively monitor traffic sources on all campaigns
Identify new and innovative opportunities for growth

Qualifications & Experience:

Proficiency in English is a MUST
2+ years affiliate marketing experience
Experience in CPA marketing is a MUST
Good understanding of affiliate trends
Deep understanding of media metrics, campaign tracking and optimization - CPA
Experience in using tracking services is a plus (HasOffers, Afftrack, Cake, Offerslook)
Hands-on experience with tools and technologies for reporting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Well-developed negotiation skills
