UI/UX Designer (offline)

The requirements are:
* Experience working as a UI/UX Designer (2+ years) on Web and Mobile
* Experience in creating wireframes, flows, mockups, etc.
* Experience with Sketch, Photoshop, and other graphic design and prototyping tools
* Ability to draw by hand
* Experience across the product development life-cycle of web and mobile applications
* Experience with creating and maintaining design systems will be a great plus
* Ability to work collaboratively with the whole product team

Responsibilities:
* Design and develop User Interfaces
* Develop interactive mockups to help users and engineers generate feedback for evolving designs;
* Participate in the overall agile delivery team with product owners, project managers, and developers;
* Create scalable creative experiences that improve usability;
* Ensure compliance with UX design processes and design quality standards.
* Use industry UI design tools (example: Photoshop, Sketch)
