Business Analyst (offline)

Our team is looking for an experienced Business Analyst

WHAT YOU WILL DO (responsibilities):
* Finding out clients’ business needs (personal sessions, scoping calls, analyzing documentation from the customer etc.)
* Information gathering, evaluation and outlining a project implementation concept
* Behavior analysis of key User Personas and creation of User Journey maps
* Conducting A / B testing on real target audiences
* Writing project documentation (concept, technical design, use cases, testing protocols)
* Testing the developed solution
* Holding training sessions for system end-users

WHAT WE EXPECT (requirements)
* English upper-intermediate or higher
* Experience in BA role not less than two years
* Experience in Fintech / Banking industry is a big plus
* Knowledge of industry models of business
* Experience in IT projects implementation
* Knowledge of data exchange technologies, and understanding IT solutions architecture
* Knowledge of BPMN is a big plus
* Strong communication and analytical skills
* Readiness to go for business trips
* Knowledge of web and mobile apps UI/UX would be a plus
