Community, Support Manager (English) (offline)

We are looking for a Community manager who would help the 3D printing enthusiasts from all around the world have the best experience possible when working with our high quality 3D printing models.

Requirements:

-Advanced English
-Grammatical correctness
-Attention to detail
-Excellent research skills
-Communication skills
-Work experience in IT on a similar position connected with English-speaking market (USA+EU)
-Experience in video gaming and basic knowledge of cinema and comics will be a plus

Responsibilities:

-The provision of support to customers on the website and via different social media platforms and ticketing systems
-Processing customer’s requests and emails
