Senior System Administrator (offline)

Responsibilities and Duties
— Perform system administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, etc
— Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
— Maintain internal infrastructure, servers, routers, firewalls, security updates.
— Responsible for deploying new systems and services

Qualifications and Skills
— 4+ years of experience in System Administration field
— Linux, Mac OS, Windows deployment and administration
— Experience writing scripts for automating administrative tasks
— Strong understanding of Information Security concepts and principles
— Understanding of IT service management principles and processes
— Network protocols and services such as SNMP, NAT, SSL, etc
— Knowledge of Cloud technologies is a plus
— Good written and spoken English
