Database developer (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Development and implementation of database structure for different kinds of database: transaction database, data warehouse.
• Developing and support ETL process to load data from different sources to data warehouse (on premise, clod).
• Migrating databases to new hardware and new versions of software from on premise to cloud based databases and vice versa.
• Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
• Prepare documentations and specifications
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong proficiency in database development.
• Decent experience with recent versions of
• MySQL
• Google cloud
• AWS
• MS SQL
• Experience with bigdata architecture and standard approaches.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements.
• Decent experience with ETL tools such as SSIS.

Will be additional plus:
• Familiarity with other SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Familiarity with BI technology (OLAP, MicroStrategy, etc.)
• Familiarity with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Familiarity with Google Big Query cloud tocology.
