IT Recruiter (offline)

An International IT Company is looking for IT Recruiter to join our friendly team.

Responsibilities:
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
Developing job descriptions
Advertising job availability through online channels and other media
Search and match qualified candidates, through company database, social media channels, job boards and other resources;
Performing in-person and phone/Skype interviews with candidates
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Performing reference and background checks
Following up on the interview process status
Creating written reports that detail candidate advantages and disadvantages, along with recommendations for which to hire
Preparing job offer for candidate
Maintenance recruitment ATS
Completing daily reports on employment activity
Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT recruitment
Good knowledge of local IT market and different recruitment tools and approaches
Excellent sourcing and engagement skills
Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, team player
Excellent communicational skills
English level: intermediate or higher
