SAP CDC & Marketing Cloud Consultant (offline)

Ratio Software Engineering has a number of openings for SAP CDC (Customer Data Cloud, formerly “Gigya”) and Marketing Cloud Consultants who would be working for one of the top global SAP e-commerce companies, based in the UK and Germany, as part of an extended development team based in Ukraine. The client is a SAP Gold Partner, and this is an opportunity to work on e-commerce projects with leading global brands and platforms. You will be working on various accounts with the chance to learn new technologies and expand your experience with core SAP Hybris e-commerce products integrated to CRM, CDC and SAP Marketing Cloud.

THE PROJECT
Working in distributed teams alongside developers and consultants from the UK, Germany and other nearshore locations, you would be working on a variety of e-commerce projects, and interacting and communicating on a daily basis with other team members, for whom English is the primary language.

JOB ROLE
- Good product knowledge of SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) or knowledge of SAP Marketing Cloud (B2B Marketing, Segmentation, Campaign, Marketing Analytics etc.)
- In-depth technical capabilities with either product and possess strong business skills
- On your typical engagement, you will work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP CDC/Gigya or SAP Marketing Cloud system capabilities, working with other team members.
- You will take part in requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solutions and work with the teams to complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Work with the team to adapt SAP CDC and Marketing Cloud standard functionalities to the individual needs of the customers

YOUR PROFILE
- Comfortable with agile project management methods
- Ideally 2 to 3 years of project and consulting experience with either SAP - - Marketing Cloud or SAP CDC, with experience of SAP Hybris, SAP C / 4HANA and/or SAP CRM
- At least 1 full cycle implementation of SAP CDC/Gigya or SAP Marketing Cloud
- Experience in process analysis and concept design, technology design, configuration and go-live of solutions.
- Good understanding in segmentation, scoring, nurturing, analytics, campaign management, lead management and e-commerce.
- Ideally programming skills, eg. Java, JavaScript, HTML5, ABAP, ABAP OO.
- Communication in German and/or English.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
