Customer Development Representative (offline)

Requirements:

- Advanced in written and spoken English.
- Experience in customer success and sales field with international clients (SaaS experience is a big plus).
- Solid understanding of IT industry and technologies.
- Outstanding communication & team working skills.
- Personal drive and internal motivation towards high achievement.
- Desire to learn, grow professionally, and potentially take other responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with inbound leads and reach out to prospective leads to schedule a meeting for a sales rep.
- Follow up on leads;
- Close deals in case of a shorter purchasing cycle.
- Identify new business opportunities by creating and implementing email and other campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Maintain accurate account information and activity details in CRM
