Business Analyst (offline)

About the role:
We are looking for a Business Analyst for one of our new business units. You’ll be responsible for managing several not large projects at the same time. These projects play a vital role in business structure so you’ll have collaboration with all Product managers. And in the near future, we see growth for a person at this position as Product Manager. For us valuable to have an open mind and be responsible for own tasks.

WePlay! Esports is the first esportainment-company, that combined eSport, storytelling and entertainment content. We want to surprise and entertain every eSport fan and attract new ones. We have been organizing eSport online tournaments and LAN-finals for professional teams of levels tier-1, tier-2 since 2012. We broadcast for millions of viewers from our studio to Twitch-channel and other stream-platforms. We have also developed our own WePlay! Esports online media and tournament platform.

Responsibilities:
Communicate directly with stakeholders to elicit, clarify and prioritize requirements
Prepare tasks for the Development team;
Express backlog items clearly to the team (both context and details of Epics and Features)
Participate in the creation of the Product Vision;
Support the Product documentation (documentation as input to Features and, if necessary, required as an output of Feature implementation)
To participate in all Scrum events for the team you are supporting

Requirements:
1+ years of experience as Business Analyst
Ability to clear and concise requirements, documentation
Understanding and ability to identify the customers need
Understanding of Web Application development processes
Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) Methodologies
Experience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
Good knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Figma/Sketch (or similar)
Communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with Developers, QA and Stakeholders
