Senior Node.JS developer (offline)

REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of proven development experience;
- 2+ years of team leading distributed/remote teams;
- MERN stack ninja with exceptional problem-solving skills;
- B2C product systems design and architecture;
- Experience implementing and optimizing high-load systems;
- Ability to work with a team as a mentor, coordinate and motivate the team.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Backend: Node.js + typescript (Nest.js framework), Microservices Design, ClusterNet;
- Serverless: Amazon Services/Firebase/Google Cloud Platform;
- Deployment: Docker, Kubernetes, EFK stack for monitoring;
- Strong experience with database engine (security, performance, scalability);
- SQL (PostgreSQL)/NoSQL (MongoDb, Neo4j, Redis).

WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Knowledge of several programming languages (.Net, Python);
- Golang/Machine Learning & Big Data Enthusiast;
- Java: Spring, Spring Boot;
- NSQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka;
- Creative, positive and flexible approach to work and ability to work on a tight schedule;
- Proactive approach to cooperation and solving problems, both in terms of technology and people skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outline and implement goals for the development team;
- Ensure all the speed of development and quality are at the highest possible level;
- Evaluate and review team’s work to ensure that current solutions fit product goals and requirements;
- Work closely with business analysts team on producing all required project documentation, sprint planning & grooming and other agile activities;
- Producing and implementing best tech strategies and practices together with founders and stakeholders.
