Operations Manager (offline)

LotusFlare is a product company with engineering offices in Silicon Valley, Singapore, Dubai, Kiev, Belgrade and other cities.
Operations Manager at LotusFlare (“LF”) Ukraine would be responsible for Corporate affairs and smooth operations of the LF Ukraine operations. The Operations Manager would report to the CEO of LotusFlare.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity for a software development company
Demonstrated experience in managing corporate affairs and Office Operations
Good understanding of specifics of accounting and finance management in an IT company
Excellent verbal and written communications skills and proficiency in MS excel
Excellent negotiation skills with vendors
At least Upper-Intermediate English


Responsibilities:

Manage Corporate affairs including representing as Director and have oversight on operational finances of the office.
Manage operational affairs including payroll, expense management, vendor management, accounting and being the representative of LotusFlare Ukraine.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations and laws and oversight on governance as mandated by Headquarter in the US
Provide mentorship in communication and management as needed
Provide monthly operational and finance report as required by the Company reporting policy
To be responsible for: reporting, compliance, treasury, taxes, legal
