?Confident in interviewing candidates and making clear summary/recommendations to hire based on position requirements
?Experience with various personnel search channels: job sites, Linkedin, Facebook, Upwork, Telegram channels, boolean search, etc
?Multitasking ability: we expect you to own and close multiple positions simultaneously β from entry to senior level. That could be 3 β 6 vacancies alongside.
?Confident level of spoken and written English, Ukrainian and Russian
As a plus
?Experience with platforms such as Breezy HR, BambooHR or with task managers like Trello/Asana etc.

Responsibilities
?Source candidates by using databases, social media, etc
?The full cycle of recruitment, including requirements clarification, vacancy description, and posting, interviewing, etc
?Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
?Together with the HR Manager, participate in the successful adaptation of employees that you hired
?Work with HR-manager (help with arranging events)

The core product is SENET β a cloud solution for managing a huge set of PCs and full control over the activities of the center of the e-sports. SENET is represented in more than 35 countries. In fact, it is a platform for managing computer and console clubs, which will help simplify accounting for finances, optimize staff time, establish communication with customers and increase profits. Our own development team regularly updates the software and improves it in accordance with the latest technologies.
