Payments solutions specialist (offline)

We are currently looking to hire a Payments Specialist

in our team!

The main responsibilites will include:
- Monitor all vendor platforms.
- Enter payments into database and update database timely to reflect payments/adjustments.
- Monitor and resolve issues with PSPs (Payment Service Providers)
- Provide on time support to sales agents with various payment inquiries
- Manage the payment cycle including issuing payments and resolving exceptions using accepted payment methods while using the most cost-effective and efficient method.
- Promote cost-effective and efficient payment processes by educating and providing advice different departments in the company.
- Provide on demand, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly payment processing reports.
- Actively participating with suggestions and ideas for improving the payment channels.
- Assist in special projects as assigned by the management.
- Coordinate and resolve payment issues between departments.

Our requirements:
- 1 + years experience in accounts payable
- 1+ years experience in online payments
- Familiar with Visa and Master Card processing requirements and regulations
- Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational ability
- Basic knowledge of bank wire functions
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
