Client Verification Agent (offline)

Duties and responsibilities:
Verifying IDs, addresses, and other data with a low level of confidentiality;
Verifying confidential customer data and documents, including credit cards, bank statements, based on the pre-approved process;
Approving or rejecting certain documents on the basis of previously agreed criteria;
Making a decision on the basis of the information received;
If necessary, escalating to other departments using the system for processing of personal data;
Performing all the other tasks assigned by the direct leader in compliance with his specific qualification;
