Strong Regular Business Analyst (offline)

Project Description:
Our client is a leading global Financial markets data provider runs a number of change programs to deliver of high-quality software that connects Financial Markets across the glob in a real-time, high frequency and low-latency data management chain. The projects are technically challenging in an environment that is very engaging.
We are looking for developers to join the team that works on development & maintenance of the administrative component for Aggregation Engine Services.
Application code is mainly Java. Performance analysis and tuning is done with Python. Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL


Responsibilities:
• Work with Client's business users / analysts to produce business and functional requirements that will be implemented internally or offshore.
• Ensure that requirements are understood by development team, check requirements completion during all phases of development.
• Be proactive and foresee project perspective from business point of view.
• Be responsible for the overall product quality from a business user perspective.
• Build a good relationship with business users and on-site/off-site teams.
• Assist project manager and team lead in explaining to the client why some task is required to be done and why it takes estimated time.


Mandatory Skills:
• Extensive professional experience in business/system analysis - 5+ years
• Deep knowledge in Trading, Finance
• Hands on experience with different types of SDLC,
• Good analysis skills comprising demonstrable experience of all aspects of analysis including creating of process documentation and diagrams, UML understanding
• Experience in development of User Stories, Requirements Analysis, Business System Analysis, Business Use Cases
• Strong knowledge in SQL
• Fluent English, with demonstrable skills in both verbal and written English
• Excellent communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with Developers, QA and Client


Nice-to-Have Skills:
Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)

English: Upper-intermediate
