Business Analyst (offline)

Hard Skills:
— Solid knowledge of business analysis knowledge areas, techniques, responsibilities, and activities;
— Knowledge and experience with Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies;
— Experience in creating and maintaining documentation: SRS, backlog in the form of user stories and use cases;
— Experience in modeling via BPMN, UML
— Experience in presale/discovery activities;
— Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle;
— Practical experience with key business analysis techniques and requirements management tools;

Soft Skills:
— You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
— Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player;
— Organized, detail-oriented and logical approach to process implementation;
— Good time-management skills, ability to handle multi-tasking activities;
— High flexibility. Ability to modify approach as per changing conditions, circumstances and feedback;
— English — upper-intermediate or higher;

What you will do:
— Participate in pre-sales process of Web and Mobile (iOS, Android) projects;
— Collaborate with Client, Project Managers, Sales Team and external Dev teams to develop product vision, scope, and roadmap;
— Perform requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation of the requirements;
— Manage project scope;
— Establish a change management process where applicable;
— Facilitate and lead the requirements prioritization process;
— Risk assessment, defining dependencies and assumptions formalization;
— Participate in business development activities, including preparation of proposals by preparing project scope and identifying key product and business requirements.
