- Management and support of educational process of psychologists of up to 1000 employees;
- Arranging relevant training activities, corporate webinars, creating and supervising planned individual development of specialists, and promoting mentorship within the assigned team;
- Communication, cooperation with Israel Trauma Coalition, Brainspotting (Andreas Herald), OBSE (Olesia Bondar), Institute of International Occupations and other public organizations from Ukraine, EU, Israel.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
- Conducting inner master classes in soft skills ( Wartegg test, art therapy, metaphorical portrait, Szondi test);
- Organization of a training event with Doctor of M.S., psychiatrist, K.Kosenko;
- Organization of educational process with A.Herald, Brainspotting.
