My main responsibilities were: - registration of new employees; - on-boarding program for newcomers (welcome training, supporting on the first day, on the trial period); - employees database management, NDA database management; - participating in dismissal processes, analytics and decision making; - responsible for HR/admin budgets; - working with internal HRM System; - social benefits administration; - supporting of grade and grading of employees; - corporate culture (organization internal events, company day, team buildings); - employer brand development (promotion of the company in social networks: DOU, Glassdoor, LinkedIn); - regular monitoring of employees satisfaction and involvement; - personal tasks assigned by HR&Recruitment Lead and top management; - assists with other HR projects, initiatives, duties, and responsibilities as needed. Currently, I'm looking for a position where I can continue to increase my knowledge in HR and at the same time gain new skills in IT recruiting. From my side, I learn how to recruit and how work as IT recruiter (going to visit IT recruitment course, watch different channels about sourcing etc.)
