UI/UX Team Lead (offline)

You will have a chance to work in team of strong engineering talents which will help our customer to realize their roadmap. The team will be embedded in client’s team to accelerate in certain projects.
Main tasks and responsibilities • Efficient work with stakeholders, development teams, product owners and design team to ensure a great user experience is delivered
• Performing full circle of development - from gathering requirements and understanding the user need to reviewing implemented feature
• Support dev teams during implementation of highly usable Web & Mobile solutions
• Creation of full user interaction flows in all details with considering different combinations of roles, permissions, possible states etc.
• Respect time estimations and deliver high quality solutions in time
• Keep up all the files to be compliant with best practices and agreed standards
• Be a powerful individual of design team
Education, skills, and experience Must have:

• 5+ years commercial experience
• Experience in design of complex applications with highly loaded UI
• Ability to deliver well-thought and high-quality solutions in short terms
• Power to create scalable solutions considering best practices and UX patterns
• Deep knowledge and expertise of visual communication usage in daily bases during UI creation
• Understanding how to interact with Design System and clear vision of its need
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both - native language and English
