Golang Developer for fintech product (offline)

Daxx is looking for a Golang Developer to join the Gain.pro team in Kyiv/Kharkiv/Dnipro/Lviv/remote.

Our customers include leading private equity investors (e.g. CVC), M&A-advisors (e.g. Lazard) and consultants (e.g. McKinsey). Responsibilities
As a backend engineer you develop software in Go that extracts financial data from APIs and from multiple online sources. You subsequently transform such data into structured insight stored and maintained in our database and served to customers through our web app and API. Your role is tightly connected to the work of our Data & Insight team consisting of researchers with financial and local domain knowledge that create curated company- and industry analyses on the basis of your code.

In addition, DevOps skills are very welcome to further optimize our cloud environment and prepare it for massive scale. If you have ideas on how we might employ some machine learning algorithms to further automate our analysis work flows we’d love to hear about it as well.

You will join a lean dev team of 4 highly experienced professionals (backend, frontend, product/design). We are substantially scaling the team so there’s plenty of room to have impact. In fact, as a founding member of our newly formed ‘data’ team you will have the opportunity to take a leading role in our expansion.

We are looking for someone who is excited to learn about the booming private equity sector and keen to drive its digitisation. You love working in a small team without corporate structures and a collegiate working environment.

Requirements
at least 1 year of Go programming, or >5 years of Java / C# programming combined with the desire to transition to Go.
experience with PostgreSQL and/or Google Cloud
