Senior/Lead Angular JS engineer (offline) $4500-5000

Our R&D team is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Tech Lead / Frontend Engineer to join and lead an existing team and help us on an exciting and challenging project - new frontend UI/UX introduction for the big enterprise customer: new features delivery, redevelopment from Angular 1 to Angular 11.

Requirements:

2+ years on Tech Lead / Team Lead / Scrum Master position, leading the developers team with 4-7 members.
5+ years experience delivering complex Javascript web applications, with at least 2 most recent years working with Angular.
Solid understanding of reactive programming on the basis of Rxjs library
Good knowledge in Typescript
Passionate with test automation: TDD, unit/integration/functional testing.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Sass, Bootstrap, and cross-browser development.
Solid understanding of object-oriented design and functional programming paradigm.
Good knowledge of core JavaScript concepts like scope/closures, the event loop and asynchronous callbacks, promises.
A passion for quality and clean, solid, readable code that scales and performs well.
Strong desire to learn and share knowledge with others.
Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain ideas to both technical and nontechnical people.
Familiar with agile, git, and related infrastructure technologies.
To be an open minded outgoing person with great communication skills.

Responsibilities:
To lead the team with 4+ developers: control, reporting, velocity
To perform Feature Refinements, groomings & WBS preparation
To be responsible for Communication Moderation
To participate in planning sessions: estimation vs capacity vs velocity
To eliminate blocking issues so that each team member could be effective during the sprint
To drive Technical Excellence initiatives:

Shared Component Lib Evolvement
Consulting for UI/UX Excellence
