Middle UI Designer (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Create UI design: websites, landing pages, emails, and banners, presentations in line with the product goals.
- Collaborating with the UI/UX team, copywriters, developers, QA engineers to create visually compelling user interfaces.
- Take ownership and assure the quality of the deliverables corresponds to the project specification and requirements.
- Lead and mentor our design team.
- Drive innovation through the use of new design tools and technologies throughout the team.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of background in UI design and basic skills in team mentorship/management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of grids, typography, composition, responsive design, atomic design
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS
- English (Intermediate at least)

Would be a plus:

- Graphic design
- Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects
- Material Design, Apple Human Interface Guidelines
