Middle Front-End (Vue.js) Engineer (offline)

DataArt's client's main field of work is organizing expedition cruises around the world.

The company provides educationally oriented voyages and cruises to the Arctic, Antarctica, and Galapagos.

DataArt’s team has been working with the client for more than 10 years. Currently, we are at the stage of implementing a new website.

Our engineers are developing a new site that will replace the old one, with new integrations and a booking system.

In this project knowledge of JavaScript is required. Knowledge of Vue.js and Webpack is highly desirable.

The processes are based on Agile development principles (Scrum, Kanban).

The specialist who will join our team will work on a dynamic new project in the leading role.

We hire people not to a project, but to the company. If the project (or your work in it) is over, you go to another project or to a paid “Idle”.

Must have
3+ years of front-end development experience
Experience developing large web applications using Vue.js
Experience developing SPA applications using Vue.js/Vuex
Knowledge of JavaScript, ES5 / ES6
Experience creating application architecture
Experience creating a PWA application
Solid skills of creating a cross-browser layout (HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Stylus)
Experience working with Grunt/Gulp/Webpack automation tools
Experience working with version control systems (Git)
Good English
Would be a plus
Experience in the travel industry
