PHP Team Lead (offline)

Requirements:
— Flexibility to adjust to new processes;
— Capable of estimating/forecasting time to complete specified project tasks;
— Strong problem-solving ability and pro-activeness;
— The ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines;
— Experienced in the full software development cycle, from planning to deployment;
— Experienced in LAMP stack (Linux, Apache/Nginx, MySQL, PHP7);
— Experienced in OOP, knowledge of design patterns;
— Experience in Web Server stack is highly beneficial: Nginx, HAProxy, Redis, Ubuntu Server;
— Magento 2 experience;
— Upper-Intermediate English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:
— Develop overall development architecture and approach, and create technical documentation;
— Plan the work and priorities for development team, distributing tasks between team members;
— Provide inputs for SOW effort estimation;
— Ensure via code-reviews that developed code quality meets the standards/guidelines for development;
— Support and help developers come up with the best technical solutions;
— Drive training standards for web developers through collaboration with functional managers.
— Maintain high performing codebases and solve complex performance problems;
— Develop integrations between Magento and 3rd Party Products;
— Improve our CI/CD platform which supports a large number of our clients if required;
— Develop solid solutions that are generic and reusable;
— Defining technical issues, and proposing solutions.
