Team Lead/Senior Full-Stack Developer (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Understanding the product life cycle;
- Contributing to architectural decisions;
- Work closely with developers on product performance and quality;.
- Ability to propose original ideas and apply design thinking;
- Reporting team results and achievements on a regular basis;
- Work at all stages of the product life-cycle from requirements capture, through design and implementation to system testing and integration;
- Maintaining high-quality coding standards within the team.

Requirements:

- 4-5 years in Senior Full-Stack developer or Team Lead position;
- Full-stack (React/Node.js, PHP, Laravel, MySQL);
- Basic DevOps skills;
- Building and way of working improvements in Full-Stack Dev Team;
- Building web applications and create architecture;
- Porting an application to another framework;
- Building custom web solutions;
- Quality assurance and design.
- GIT flow (pull requests, branches, etc)
- Intermediate English or higher
- Natural curiosity to find creative and effective solutions for complex problems
- Fast learner
- Knowledge in unit & integration testing


Would be a plus:

- Team management experience;
- Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Postgre;
- AngularJS/2+;
- Kibana.
