The company was founded in May 2000 as a subsidiary of German-based Ecotel. The company developed the Phoenix-V Billing System that was successfully implemented at 15 telecommunication companies. In June, 2010, as a result of a management buyout, Brightgrove became a privately owned Ukrainian company.
