Sales Manager / Pre-Sales Manager for a Digital Agency in Switzerland (offline)

We are looking for someone able to sell Web Design & Development (Corporate and E-commerce websites) and digital marketing services (SEO, PPC - Google Ads/Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to medium to large size companies in the EU (+Switzerland) and US/Canada.

Our target industries are:
1. E-Commerce Companies (Fashion, Cosmetics, Electronics, etc)
2. Manufacturing Companies (Machine Building, Medical Devices, etc.)
3. Medical Practices/Clinics


Requirements:  
* 3+ years of Prospecting, Pre-Sales, Sales Experience
* Knowledge of sales techniques, sales markets
* Sales or Prospecting experience in Digital Marketing Field is a massive plus
* In-depth knowledge in the area of LinkedIn Prospecting
* Ability to make cold calls, if required
* Fluent English is a MUST
* Upper Intermediate German or Italian is a plus
* Knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Funnels), Web Design and Web Development fundamentals
* Be polite and able to listen to the prospects
* Analytical mindset and research skills, attention to details
* Strong self-organizational and time management skills
* Be a nice person to be around


Work Conditions: 
* Remote Work (if you don't have the possibility to work from home, we'll provide monthly membership at a nice coworking/hub in your city)
* Work from 10 am to 7 pm (one hour lunch)
* Base Salary EUR 800+ and Sales Commissions in minimum monthly Sales goals are met
* Supportive management and mentoring

* Periodic review of the salary every six months
* Purchase of the necessary software


What will you do?
* Sell Digital Marketing Services to Business Executives/Owners in US & Western Europe
* Lead generation: research and identify leads through the Internet and social networks (Linkedin, Facebook)
* Engage with Prospects
* Drive the Prospects to the Deal Closure yourself or with the help of your Line Manager
* Offer ideas and solutions on how to drive more lead and sales
* Be a learning machine and learn the best practices of doing sales prospecting efficiently and effectively to produce results
* Report to CEO
* If you do build the sales systems and create several sustainable lead generation channels, close prospects, you will be offered an opportunity for advancement and promotion to a Sales Executive

Remuneration:
There is a great earning potential. We pay a good Base salary (EUR 800 in the first 3 months) and high commission. If you hit the sales targets, you'll be able to make up to EUR 2-3,000 per month. If you hit your sales targets 12 months in a row, you'll be offered An Employee Stock Option. If you hit your sales targets 18 months in a row, you'll be offered to relocate to the HQ in Lugano, Switzerland with your family.
