Sales/Partnership Manager (offline)
Requirements:
1.5+ years of experience in IT sales
Experience in IT outsourcing and outstaffing
Upper-Intermediate or higher English
Ability to work independently
Experience of full cycle sales (from first contact to closing the deal)
Understanding of SDLC
Experience working with EU/US markets
Ability to negotiate
Self-motivation to close a lot of deals
Responsibilities:
Present company's services
Working closely with referral partners and getting leads from them
Working on full-cycle sales with leads from partners (from first contact till the closing of the contract)
Work on the partner base for the company
Building good relationships with partner companies and referrals
Search for contractors with blockchain expertise for outsourcing projects
Building strong relationships with referral partners
Signing referral agreements
Active communication with referral partners to get more potential customers from them
Maintaining leads brought from referrals and bringing them to close
Sale of outsourcing / outstaff for leads from referrals
Work on a business proposal for outsourcing
Presentation of developers for outstaff sales
