Enterprise Account Executive (offline)

Terrasoft Ukraine, a leader in the space of business process automation and CRM, is growing at a record setting pace. We are aggressively expanding our Kyiv-based enterprise sales team which is focused on growing our presence in EMEA and APAC markets.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to help us scale the number of Enterprises who use our platform for process management and CRM. Our targets are ambitious, and we are seeking engaging, collaborative, successful Senior IT Sales Manager who have the skills, experience and track record to make an immediate impact. We’re fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative. We pursue excellence in everything and have a lot of fun along the way.

Responsibilities:

Deliver against revenue targets and all key performance metrics

Generate new business opportunities on an assigned territory, manage pipeline, opportunities and forecasting

Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resources to create and execute winning solution sales strategies

Establish relationships with VP/C-level buyers (Business and IT)

Develop and orchestrate sales presentations and product demonstrations

Desired Skills and Experience:

5+ years of B2B sales experience of complex solutions (software sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory)

Proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual targets

Deep understanding of enterprise sales and buying processes. High level of comfort with consultative sales methodologies

Superb written and verbal communications and organizational skills.

4-year degree required, with technical curiosity and desire to learn.

Fluent English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is an advantage.
