It’s a groundbreaking marketing tool that makes sense of customers’ data and enables shop owners to talk to his entire audience as individuals. Data has been loaded in unified form from various places (RDBMS, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce, Klaviyo, etc...) into a single Cassandra cluster. After that, a lot of Spark ML jobs were running to perform analytics for every single customer and the result of analytics pushed back to different services (Salesforce, MC, Campaign Monitor).
