Senior UX designer (offline)

Hard skills
:
• MUST HAVE: Strong experience in design of web applications (dashboards, SaaS, management systems)
• MUST HAVE: Advanced English (C1) spoken and written. You will communicate with clients and users directly: requirements gathering (voice call), day to day communications, delivery (voice call), presale meetings (voice call, together with a sales representative). Should feel confident in profound collaborating with stakeholders via voice/video calls, present and defend your work.

• Proven experience in creating Information Architecture, User Journey Map, User Flow, Persona, clickable prototypes;

• Proven experience in building hypothesis, researching user’s behavior, be able to stay on the right line for business and the users;

• Designing experiences for web and mobile applications;


Soft skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill;
• Exceptional communicator of design work and your rationale behind proposals;
• Ability to adopt other’s opinion and convey your own opinion;

• Ability to estimate future works and keep your promises

• Ability to admit mistake and learn from it
;
• Presentation skills

Will be a plus:
• Nielsen Norman group certification;
• Experience in Healthcare domain;
• Experience as a team lead.
