Junior Tech Account Manager (offline)
PortaOne is seeking a motivated individual for a Junior Tech Account Manager. You will join the ambitious, exciting and dynamic Sales and Customer Success Managers team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a Management career in IT.

Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales/account experience with international clients in B2B-area
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and learn quickly and work well in a team
- Flexible and customer-oriented approach
As a plus:
- Higher technical education
Responsibilities:
- Prequalify incoming leads: receive email and calls, talk to prospects, find out their needs and pains
- Identify if the lead can be a candidate to become a PortaOne customer
- Document the findings
- Assist Customer Success Managers in daily routines by taking over the ongoing communication with existing accounts
