At ShoutOut (https://shoutout.city - an old MVP) we're building the next-gen influencer marketing marketplace with a focus on local influencers and businesses. We are launching v1 live in early April.

Our web tech stack is React + NestJS + Postgres and we're going to build iOS and Android apps in Flutter or React Native (TBD).
