Main responsibilities include data domain analysis, meetings with domain experts, requirement analysis. Interviews and team composition, leading teams of 5+ engineers, driving daily meetings, participating in kickoff meetings, code reviews, team and individual engineer performance monitoring. Architecting scalable and resilience system, breaking down monolithic systems to microservices architecture, technical stack definition, component design, API documentation, database design. Establishing cloud infrastructure, adapting edge technologies, establishing CI process and continuous product delivery. Solving issues related to scalability and resiliency.
