Highlights

- I’ve formed the QA team of the project from 2 members to 7.
- I’m taking part the full cycle of the project release, from the stage of it’s vision to the first release to store and its regular updates.
- I set up the processes of the testing on the projects: created test documents, set up checks and other activities while test iteration from update to update.
- I optimize the testing process from update to update according to the known risks and analyzing of the previous update (time that has been needed for the tasks, checks, that can be combined and so on)
- In current company I've organized all testing processes from zero (because they didn't have QA before) and keep doing it.
