I am a Product Manager with over than 2 years of experience and more than 10 years in IT industry. I have worked in the dating domain for many years, progressing from support to management roles. As a Quality Assurance manager, I trained agents, improved the quality of customer service, and monitored and enhanced product metrics. As a Product manager, I optimized backend functionality (support) to enhance customer service quality, conducted competitor research for product optimization and improvements in user experience, and led the development teams, fully substituting for PM and partially for BA.

Highlights

During my time as a Product manager, I optimized several support admin panels and also created new ones to enhance the quality of customer service and improve understanding of their user experience through proper data collection. We fully automated the spam ban process, which immediately reduced its presence by 80% and eventually almost to zero. Enhanced feedback methods for customers were implemented, allowed us to optimize the feedback gathering process, handle complaints more effectively, and improve the time of resolving each customer request, resulting in a reduction in cancellation and refund rates.
