Experience

I have a 10+ years of experience as a software developer working on large scale systems. My main role was to design, develop and deliver complex type systems for organizations such as Ministry of finance of Georgia, National Environmental Agency or one of the biggest banks of the country. Due to the nature of the systems, I had an opportunity to collaborate with many teams within the organization as well as work with third party vendors.
I had been focusing on business process management and automation for last 5 years, mainly analyzing requirements and designing systems accordingly. During that period, I had a pleasure of being leader of the development team specializing in BPM. As of this year, my full focus has shifted to system analysis.
My current day to day life entails gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements, designing systems to meet the requirements, following up with the development process and making sure, that functionality gets on production environment as expected, communicating with stakeholders, collaborating with members of the organization and working with big group of developers, manual testers and automation engineers.
During this 13 years, I had a chance to use both waterfall and agile methodologies, as a development technology I mainly used .Net, I have an experience working with MS SQL, Javascript, web services, etc. I have been using modern tools such as Jira and Confluence, as well as git. As for designing tools, I mainly use draw.io and Miro, during working on BPM projects I got to experience working with BPMN notation.
