✓ Communication with a product manager, BAs financial consultants on the customer side and 3rd party stakeholders, and development team for getting information about priority and severity of bugs; with business analysts about User Stories; with the external development team about integration between platforms;
✓ Experience in giving a demo and dry run session; Go-live session;
✓ Active knowledge sharing within team.
✓ Work and try to stay efficient, even when we were up against a tight deadline, usage time-management methods.
