Highlights

My background includes developing and implementing PR strategies for various online and offline services, PR support for product launches, event management (arranged, co-arranged, or assisted with several dozens of Yandex’s media events), PR analysis (competitors, media landscape, coverage potential, results), SMM, and copywriting/editing.

I’m also good at crisis communications due to a huge hands-on experience and general deep understanding of people’s motivation and behaviour. While at Yandex, I’ve worked with several support teams in order to instruct them and help to avoid potential reputational damages. Developing comprehensive guidelines for crisis comms is one of my key skills as well. Another skill is a thorough analysis and preparation for entering new markets. For instance, at Yandex I’ve managed to create a remote press office in Belarus in just a few months.

During my work at the last company (ICO agency targeting US/EU markets) I was responsible for managing a department of three people located in different counties. As a team manager I've established clear communications, processes, and good relations between existing employees, screened and recruited new people, provided copywriting guidance, managed deadlines and overall team performance. Also, within half a year I’ve created PR strategies for several clients from different fields, and together with my team helped to implement them.

I’m fascinated with how technology can change people’s everyday lives, that’s why I’m looking for a position in a tech company with an existing product that makes sense and truly helps people. I will gladly consider a senior position that requires good managerial and problem-solving skills.
